Is Kiwi CQC compliant?
No software is "CQC approved". What inspectors want is evidence, and Kiwi produces it: audit trails on every record, versioned risk assessments, incident reviews with root cause and lessons learned, a full care record PDF in one tap, and export packs mapped to the quality statements.
Where does our data live?
On a UK server, in a database that belongs only to your organisation. Nobody else's data is in it. You can download it, or a complete handover bundle with PDFs and spreadsheets, whenever you like.
What happens after the 30 days?
If you carry on, £279.95 per home per month starts on day 31 with the £169.95 setup fee. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged. Cancel any time after that with no notice period.
Do you migrate us from our current system?
Yes, and we do it for you, free. Most software hands you a blank system and leaves you to type in every resident, every medication and every staff member, which is the real reason switching feels impossible. With Kiwi you send us whatever you have: spreadsheets, exports from your old system, even scanned MAR sheets. We load your homes, staff, residents, medications and current care plans, you check it, and your team logs in on day one to a home that is already there. Most homes are live within a week.
Does it work for learning disability and mental health services?
That is where Kiwi was born. PBS plans, ABC charts, behaviours and triggers, 1:1 logging, DoLS and capacity, PRN protocols per person and easy-read care plans are built in, not bolted on.
What do staff need?
A phone, tablet or computer with a browser. Nothing to install, nothing to update. Agency staff can be given today-only access that expires at midnight.
